Minor work on wordpress

Description of requirements/features: We need a person who knows their way around wordpress quite well.

We have a few issues such as: image positioning and image sizing on page. At the same time we would like someone to take a general look for any obvious glaring errors as well as preventing a huge number of daily spam users registering on the site. We are unable to see how to prevent these spanmmers form registering. Also advice and possible benefits moving the hosting.

Investigate the speed of page loading and adding some practical plug ins and check links.

Please note -Unfortunately we only have a budget for some occasional work, and we will not entertain proposals for site re- design.
