Migrate Wordpress Website

I require two jobs - please quote for both....

1. Migrate one wordpress site from one domain to another entirely - without residual issues - using FTP plugin.

2. Using existing theme, create a simple elegant page on the original / now-empty site to act as an umbrella page for other sites within the same group.
