Menu Item Removal

Hello, I have a small project to remove the menu item "login," circled in yellow, from my website menu permanently. And when a user is logged in, the "login" is changed to "My Account." I want that to be removed also. And please provide me the code with the changes you made for further updates.

The reason for that is I'm using a different plugin for my login, and the original one that came with the theme just will not go away.

My CMS is WordPress. My website link is https://pornshac.com/.

I purchased the theme from wp-script.com, and their support is horrible.

I tried finding the CSS class to remove it, but I had no luck with that.
