Malware removal from Wordpress sites

I have three very small Worpress sites, built a few years ago and in need of updating and repairing. I've recently been hacked and simply don't have the know how to fix this issue permanently as I'm not a developer.

Think the malware is a known one which affects Javascript files and for someone who knows what they're doing hopefully a relatively simple fix.

I just need the malware removed completely so my sites don't keep getting blocked from Google.
