make a web site in to a wordpress blog with all what this web site does plus the blo

I have a web site http://hotelbookingcheap.net/ that i want put in to a wordpress site.
the wordpress site must look the same as the web site and work like like this web site- but with all the links reset so they work how they should plus and normal blog page added as well and a vid page as well.

I will give the info to the affiliate links so the winner can reset all the right code to the links

Note i want to keep the same feel and images on the home page as well

please ask any questions before bidding if unsure of my needs
