Magazine style website for business law firm

Bit bored with existing site and plus it has some issues. We have found a theme we like and would like to emphasise content more than services per se. It is magazine style site which will involve transfer of existing blog entries over with appropriate pictures. Plus the usual social linking etc. Blog entries are about 10-15, our story page, services drop down, contact page.
We have an SSL which will need linking. Site map, together with privacy policy, cookies usual stuff. We have a chat function and or whatsapp integration whether we can have both? Budget for indication but happy to see where you see it. Highly Experienced and well reviewed freelancers preferred.
