Looking For Wordpress Developer

Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a developer with great communication skills to assist us with the build of a straight forward web application, using Wordpress for the CMS. You will need to complete the development from PSD to HTML conversion and testing through to completion. The website is mobile responsive.

The PSDs will be provided in named and layered very clearly, alongside a clear brief, wireframes and a user flow in order to make the process very clear. The code will need to be organised well and clear for any other developer to work in. Our in-house developers will check the code to ensure it is industry standard.

The website has a front section, which will be available to all website visitors. This section takes the form of a brochure website, with blog and directory. Users then have the ability to sign up / log in and access various tools which enable them to save and edit information which they input. This information is private to them and not for sharing.

We are looking for a competent developer who is confident in their ability to deliver. We have high expectations for pixel perfect conversion and will only work with developers who can ensure that the design is accurately reflected in the build. To ensure that we are confident to move forward with you for the full website, we may first commission you to provide one test page.

We are looking for someone with attention to detail who is able to be accountable for their work. We do not want someone who will tell us that the work is complete and when we check, it has obvious errors and many mistakes.

Please provide any examples you have of online applications built in Wordpress, that you have completed on your own, successfully, from PSD to pixel perfect HTML conversion - all the way through to delivery. We will require the CMS to be coherent and client-friendly.

We will share further details with a shortlist once they have signed Non Disclosure Agreements. The selected developer will be expected to sign a contract with us for the project and should be available with good communication throughout the project. The deadline is set for the end of August so we are aiming to move forward quickly.
