Joomla 3.8.7 - Layout change/overlap elements without breaking the mobile view.

Hi,

We have a website where we'd like to make one of our image sliders the full width of the page, and place our ChronoForms element over the top of it (as per attached image).

We need to make sure this doesn't break the mobile view either.

The image called 'current-layout' is the current layout, and the image called 'desired-layout' is what we'd like to achieve via this project.

You can see that the current slider is to the left of our Chronoforms element, however we'd like the slider to span the full width of the page, with the Chronoforms element sitting on top of it (overlapping it).

We are UK based, so would appreciate UK time zone scheduling.
