I need to improve the loading speed of my website.

It has a current load score of 24 on google page speed insight.
The pages are generally taking too long to load. I need the website to be more responsive.

This website has lots of pictures and. Intent but loads very quickly when you click on anything.
I need my website to be more responsive like this.
Apart from improving the speed have some other minor changes to make to the content of the site.
