I would like a weather comparison website built in wordpress

I need a designer who can build a weather site in word press comparing different weather forecasts from other providers, I also want other tabs in the website that I can name myself at a later stage and add links and other information.

There will need to be advertising space on each page on the site, I have attached an excel document with more detail and a rough layout of what I would like.

Can you give me an estimate of the duration and also any problems that you can see?
I have the domain purchased I just need the site built
I will give admin access once selection is made.
