I want to redesign my wordpress website in a modern mobile friendly theme

Description of requirements/features: This site was built originally in Drupal but the data has now been converted into wordpress on a theme called BE. However this really does not work for the site and so we have decided to look for another theme with stronger conversion pages and better layout across the site.
Extra notes: The task at hand here is to create around a dozen key pages from a good responsive theme covering the category / page types referenced above. You will be required to pull the existing data into the new theme and configure

Once ready - we at this end will build up the pages and populate the site (there are 800 core info pages and the same again in blog/news posts) with the developer working in the background covering the technical aspects.
