I need to make my Wordpress site better

SOME LITTLE FIXES -- NOT A REBUILD...

I cannot install WP plugin: Yoast ("directory already exists"). Helper must get into control panel and get rid of old files.

I have the hosting logins in a file. I do not need any hosting.

The body of the text needs to be wider - I would like to get rid of the left hand black part, but keep the right hand sidebar. (If possible). Something happened to my header logo - maybe that can be put back.

I would like person to make a widget box specifically to put banner ads from my two referral partners.

The idea of the whole site is to promote Upcity. The footer says Powered by Wordpress, IT SHOULD SAY: (c) 2015/16 Fix my Own SEO, a brand of Power of Words.

I would also like to be more social friendly -- if you can install Yoast SEO and Shareholic plugin that would be great.

Please estimate the time and cost.
