Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Good day and thank you for taking the time in reviewing my project.
I am currently looking for someone (or company) to help me with a project. First of all, please download the attached PDF to understand the full scoop of it. Second: I already managed to create the Homepage and Theme so this doesn't have to be done no more (Page 2 and 3 of the document).
I would need to have this project started ASAP and completed within the next 2 weeks, if that is something you can manage to do - please send in your bid.
I beg you not to send pre-made bids with copy/pasted text - I took the time to create a very detailed PDF, please take the time to send me a real bid. This project doesn't have a big budget as my client is a small startup and I couldn't charge him what I would normally charge - please keep your prices reasonable.
