I need someone to improve my website speed/optimisation

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to work on my website to improve the speed/optimisation.

At the moment as you can see optimisation is coming up as low on mobile and desktop, and currently the speed score isn't displaying for either. I need someone to work on improving this and achieve a 'good' speed and optimisation rating.

I believe the current state of the site is effecting SEO and how well I do when promoting my site on Google Adwords, not to mention resulting in a high bounce rate due to how long the site takes to load.

Could you please submit a fixed bid to improve the site and get the speed and optimisation up to good.
