I need professional web design to upgrade site with easy to use back end functions

General information for the website: We are a Labour movement policy group current website needs upgrading: http://www.labourland.org/
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 36 pages
Description of every page/module: I can send through all of the elements wanted in the new structure in a word file (attached in pitch brief below).

Manifesto link on every page, donate button on every page, become a member link on every page - leading to a membership form.

Attached doc has all of the website elements from current page split into the new structure.

We have a wide range of papers, video resources and links that we need to be easy to navigate to, search and has the starts of each article / paper embedded on the page with a 'read more' link that opens to the full document.

Anything highlighted in yellow in the attached doc doesnt have any content but needs a page that I can add content to later.

Logo is attached and is to be used as theme for page (currently in white background but is meant to be just the image square without the white background)
