I need my WordPress theme to be customized with images, text and features.

Description of every page/module: I am planning on purchasing this theme and installing it on my site: http://breathe.beopenthemes.com/homepage-3/

I already have my logo designed, domain and hosting is also ready to go.
Description of requirements/features: The Homepage (as shown above) needs to be customized to include 2 uniquely created slider images which I will disclose to the person who wins the job. These will need to be designed and created from scratch.

The homepage will include pretty much all of the elements shown on that page, except the text will need to be edited (I will provide this), and a few images will need to be altered.

I would like a member's section to be created, where users can sign up FOR FREE.

In the member's section:
- I would like the homepage of the member's section to have a simple 2 column 8 row table where customers can insert their own data (numerical values) and then click 'save'. At this point, the data is saved to their profile on the site, but that is it.
- The member must also have the ability to request a free sample item from us - this will be a separate page where they can do this and supply their address and we will send out for free. We are only supplying ONE sample item to each customer.
- I also need to be able to create a page where my members can download free guides (so I MUST be able to edit this page).

I would like to be able to create a listings page which is available to both members and non members. This listings page will require me the ability to add sites and their links with descriptions, reviews etc. Members and non members will then be able to view this page and click on any links they desire. I will send the draft document to the person who wins the job.

Now, I am not too sure if an ecommerce module needs to be installed (woocommerce?), but if so let me know, because this theme doesn't have an ecommerce component on it.

So basically, members will be able to sign up for free and do the above actions. There is NO purchasing for the customers, everything is free for them, and ONLY I can edit the listings page.
