I need my website fixed!

General information for the website: We unite pro-Israel clubs on college campuses and help them work together.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website

I need the spacing throughout the website fixed. As you can see it's really bad.

I also need the design of the Resources section to be more clean and pretty.

I want the resource list page to have the resource thumbnail and category and tag info to be in one column and the description to be in the other (basically switch the info and description areas of the current design)

I want the resource template page to look like screenshot 1.

I also want the "Add A Resource" page under the My Resources page to be edited to the screenshot below with the words changed. (screenshot 2 and 3)
Description of requirements/features: I need someone who can edit this existing Buddypress theme and in a timely manner :)
