I need my Joomla 3.9 website content (not theme) migrated to WordPress 5

Our club website (www.americanclub.se) is moving from Joomla 3.9 to Wordpress 5. We need the users, menus, and content moved over. The design (theme) does not need to be moved (migrated) because we will redo that later. But the content should be browsable in a normal basic way in a standard Wordpress theme.

We don't care if you use a migration script, or copy things manually. As far as I see there are 367 K2 items, 229 Articles, and some Content Modules (blocks) that need to be moved. Most of the stuff isn't even shown on the live site, it just has to be there for historical purposes. The live site is actually pretty small.

I can provide you a database dump as there is nothing really sensitive in it. That's it.
