I need good wordperss developer!

General information for the website: Search for coaches in you area, booking the session with a coach and take a payment.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Website name is test.coachperhour.com. Built on WordPress and Budypress with few additional plugins.
I need to add:
1/ Coach registration form and process surrounding registration.
2/ Client registration form and process surrounding registration.
3/ Searching for Coaches and contacting coaches, based on distance and sport name.
4/ Messaging System Client - Coach, Coach - Client.
5/ Purchase medal where Clients book coach session and pay for those sessions on the website. Checkout and payment integration with Cards, Paypal,
6/ Coach session review and coach review on our website. (got plugin for this)

I've got few plugins that can by use for this project. I need Wordperss expert who can integrate them and add few features listed above. All detailed requirements can be discussed when we arrange the meeting on Skype.
