I need a Wordpress theme installed and content fit into it

General information for the website: Sales Consultancy
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 3
Description of every page/module: I need a very simple Wordpress website made. I don't need it custom built, I just want someone to use a template (that I will provide) and make it look nice.

There will be a Youtube video on page 1, and email optin and a Paypal button on page 2. That's the extent of the technical stuff.
