I need a wordpress theme edited to support advertising space

I need advertising space place on top of the slider. These need to be clickable and we need to be able to upload our images into the boxes for advertisers. We also need to be able to add a destination URL.

They must float on top of the slider and not move with it.

They must only be on the homepage

Also we have a horizontal area below the slider which I have also added an image to illustrate where we need the next set of advertising space. Again these need to be clickable and we need to be able to specify the destination URL.

If you visit www.kfitness.co.uk you will see where I have placed the advertising space. This is for illustrating where we need the adverts.
