I need a Wordpress site building

I'm looking for someone to build a website for me. A friend is working on the front end design for me, so just need someone to build it, I have experience working with wordpress, so would prefer to use this platform.

In terms of the site build, I would need:
1 x Homepage
3 x content pages (About me, Classes, Mindful birthing info page)
1 x FAQ page

At a later stage I would be looking to add additional pages- client feedback and Blog.

I have bought the domain: mindfulbirths.co.uk and would also need you to set this up in terms of hosting.

I've attached my mock wireframes (It won't let me upload the final image, The 'classes' page) to show you how I see the site taking shape (Excuse them, they're not the best!) and my friend will provide the front end designs. These won't be anything too complex, it will be a clean simple site, so shouldn't require anything too complex in terms of the build.

This is a bit of a side project for me, so I don't have a huge budget unfortunately, so if there's any way that I could keep costs as low as possible that would be ideal, for example, perhaps I could upload all of the content myself?
