I need a WordPress Plugin Developing or Customising (Potential for Long Term Work)

General information for the website: We Rent Real-Estate Online.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Thank you for reading my post. I am developing a website that allows users to rent/lease real-estate online.

I am looking to make this website friendly for two types of users - those looking to RENT their real-estate, or those seeking to let real-estate (live in/use) The website is 100% solely about the end users. I'm not selling a service myself, but those using my website, are looking to sell their services (real estate), or are looking to buy the services of others, (buy/let other peoples real estate)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I either need a plugin recommended - and installed, or a plugin developed.

This plugin must allow those looking to rent out their real-estate, to be able to use dynamic, easy to use forms which capture relevant details before posting their real-estate online. As there is many different types of real-estate (garages, houses, flats, shops etc...) This form must change dependant on user selection, therefore putting the property into the right category.

For those looking to actually let real-estate (live in), they must be able to use a map/easy to use search sliders to be able to work out the best deals and the best property in their area.

Ideally, I'd like to plugin to work with BuddyPress, that way those looking to both rent and let out space, can create accounts, message potential landlords and can manage their real-estate there (delete, submit property)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whats important are we don't miss the fine details, the plugin must be friendly for people wishing to RENT out their own real estate, and those people looking to actually live in, so LET real estate.

The integration with BuddyPress is important, as we need to allow users to create their own cool, personal profiles, so its friendly right the way from students, up to estate agents (who RENT lots of different properties to potential tenants)

For reference please look under the similar URLs section. Spare Room is very much a type of service I am looking for.
Extra services needed: Installation, Optimization
Similar urls: https://www.spareroom.co.uk, https://www.airbnb.co.uk/
Extra notes: I'm flexible with a deadline, so if you give a lower value proposal, with a longer lead time, I can work with that - perhaps you want to juggle other projects in the mean time.

Please keep in mind, I am totally pocket funding this project, so budget it very important to me. I have a figure in mind, if you are successful, you will have met that budget. As I am pocket funding, having someone to work with long term is essential, as I am thinking of small projects - often, this means there will be a steady flow of work for the right person.

For the right person, there will be serious long term work, this is a project I expect to FLY, and when its launched, it'll grow fast! I'm looking for someone who will join the team, will become part of the project for long term and will enjoy working with me! - If the price is right and is done well, I will be more than happy to move you onto the next stage of the project, which is integrating the WordPress theme we want to use!

I'm quite easy going however I know what I want, and what we need to make this project right. Having sold my services on here before, I will quickly be able to spot a copy and pasted proposal!
