I need a website rebuilt from current design - I have all files from the old site

My client has recently fallen out with their old development company. As such, I was drafted in to take control and re-host the site on my own server. After being royally messed around, I am looking for someone capable of taking the existing files and customising them to work correctly. I have until the end of this week to get it up or face financial penalties in the contract...

Before the old server was switched off, I accessed the root and downloaded every file, the wordpress datafile and the site sql file. When I transferred them over to my server, very little worked at all.

I wont post the URL here but am happy to send it in a PM.

I have a completely static version of the site online at the moment for reference. Luckily the client has not noticed yet...

I will pass on the FTP dump in a rar/zip file and also the static site in rar/zip too if it helps.

The site uses a specific version of php - I think its 5.2 - along with a version of ZEND. I know nothing about ZEND and am happy for it to be removed if it can be done another way.

The frontpage is mostly static with a small area for a wordpress feed. It also contains a contact form.

The FTP dump contains the full backend, but the only functionality required is to post articles via wordpress and pdf's on a particular page. Everything else is superfluous and can be deleted.

I cant figure out how its put together so I am hoping someone here can...

I have funds to pay into PPH escrow today for the developer who assures me this can be completed by Friday 7th Feb at 5pm GMT.

I do not require hosting and all quotes including hosting will be ignored.
