I need a web coder to fix my site - Must know Divi 3.0, Wordpress, FTP writing

I used Wordpress and Divi 3.0 to make my website and it was taken down by hosting company "Bluehost". This is the error message that appears...

Your web hosting account for cinematicut.com has been deactivated, as of 2018-02-14 19:33:54.
Reason: site causing performance problems.

After speaking to a tech, this is what they said...

...there was excessive load negatively impacting other customers on the server by running some files.
We will reactivate the account now. But if your process usage continues to be very high the account will be deactivated again.

This is the file causing the issue : /opt/php70/bin/php-cgi /home2/cinemaz1/public_html/index.php
All we saw was many processes running in homepage, either you have a lot of web traffic (too much) and needs to upgrade to vps/dedicated server or many bots on your site, which you can deny with robots.txt file.

You also need to install SSL for the website.
