I have a website currently on Godaddy Gocentral personal builder. I just need to move/replicate the site to wordpress to achieve 2 things

1- Fix an old broken link
2- Block a country from accessing the site

Please let me know how much that would cost to move/replicate the website in wordpress (exact same design etc, no change) I just need to fix the link and geo block issue.
