General information for the website: Fashion for both men and women
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 8
Description of every page/module: We intend to use a WordPress Template to make things much easier to edit and for you to create. Although we haven't selected our chosen template yet (we are hoping you will be able to give us some insight).
We are looking to have a lot of imagery; in particular moving imagery that we intend to animate with our branding.
LAYOUT:
HOMEPAGE (Page 1)
* Fixed logo bar with Checkout link (top - this will remain regardless of which page you are on. i.e. ^ people per hour bar above)
* Moving image bar ( This will be quite large, stretching from left to right of the page, and will be an active image which has been edited with our branding. This will loop in a professional manner.
* The toolbar - this will contain the following buttons; 'Men', 'Women' , 'News', 'Contact'
* Another bar from left to right with a still image - edited and branded.
Below all of this...
*Various boxes with photoshoot images.
- This images will not link to each product featured directly, but to the appropriate landing page for those products.
- This should look very similar to http://www.armani.com/gb
- When you hover over each image, it will display branding at different points of the image - as per http://www.armani.com/gb
* Finally, at the bottom will be a tasteful, fixed bar with a link to our legal page, and Social Media Plug-ins
MEN (Page 2)
* As before the bar will remain at the top with branding.
* As before with the moving image, but this will be appropriate for the Men's page, so will be different
* The toolbar will indicate that the page selected by being underlined below the word "Men"
* There will be a bar below the toolbar with another wide static image as per the Homepage, this will be appropriate to the Men's page - so a different image.
* The range of men's clothing will then be displayed in a linear form.
- Each product will open into it's own page (see page 3).
* On the left hand side of the page, there will be a product toolbar, which will expand by clicking a drop-down (need to discuss this with you) It must look elegant and not take up the whole left hand side if possible.
* The page ends with the same bar as per Homepage with legal & and social media links
WOMEN (Page 3)
* This will have an identical layout to page 2 (Men), but tailored to women.
PRODUCT (Page 4)
- each product will lead to a separate page with this layout.
* This will contain a similar layout to http://www.ralphlauren.co.uk/product/index.jsp?productId=37260981&cp=3979761
- This should contain perhaps, a better zoom in facility, one that works better with the site. (This will need to be discussed with you)
* The page will not contain the large moving image, just the brand bar.
* The page will contain the legal and social media bar at the bottom
NEWS ( page 6)
* This will be structured like a blog with an easy to use interface. This will contain news from the fashion world and from us.
- Will contain branding bar + rolling video bar with animated 'News' text
CONTACT (Page 7)
* This will contain a contact box which will link to our email.

LEGAL (Page 8)
* I will write all of this (I have most of it ready) it needs to be structured in a similar way to this http://uk.louisvuitton.com/eng-gb/legal-privacy
Description of requirements/features: Moving images, black and white theme. It needs to look classic and timeless, slightly vintage.
We are gearing ourselves for the high-end market.
* It must be mobile optimised
* It must have Paypal & the ability for customers to pay by credit/debit card
The whole site needs the images to be compressed to the degree that does not sacrifice quality, but allows for smooth operation of the website.
Extra services needed: Hosting, Customization, Optimization
Specific technologies required: Parallax & a suitable wordpress template
