I need a custom wordpress website theme developing from PSD files

Description of requirements/features:

HOME PAGE

-The top menu will always stay at the top of the screen, so when the user scrolls down the menu will follow.
-The large image at the top is a slideshow that will slide automatically, but will have arrows appear on hover so user can scroll themselves if they wish.
-'Let's Get Social' are links to my social media accounts. They need to change colour on hover over.
-'Client Area' is a big button that leads to client galleries (I have a plugin for my client galleries)
-The rock stars etc section is just text but I'd like to be able to change/modify this text myself so needs to be editable in wordpress backend.
-Info links section: The blue facebook button will lead to a facebook group I manage. If there is a way that the user could click this and automatically ask to join the group that would be great.
-'Lorna's Love Class' heart is a button that when pressed would open a pop up screen explaining about my photography workshop with an email signup so I can keep people updated about when and where the next workshop will be (so a newsletter signup basically)
-'Grab your free e-book' I'd like this to be a button where people can download an e-book, but I'd like them to give a social share to facebook or twitter first in exchange for it, so this needs to be some sort of pop-up with an auto download happening after the social share has occurred.
-'Latest posts' - I'd like my latest blog posts to appear here: one from one category (weddings) and the other from another category (advice). So this will automatically update itself.
-The testimonials underneath will just hold quotes from my clients. The arrows are so users can scroll through them themselves. This will NOT rotate automatically but I'd like the quotes to appear in a random order each time (so a different one will appear on page refresh) and I'd like to be able to add/edit quotes in the backend myself.
-The video box is to show an embedded youtube video. I have my own youtube channel so every time a new video is uploaded to youtube I'd like this to automatically show the latest video from my channel.

ABOUT

-This is just a page with text. I'd like to be able to modify/edit the text myself in the wordpress backend. I'd also like an instagram feed.

PORTFOLIO

-I may want to add some text on the page/underneath the slideshow in the future in the backend of wordpress so please bear this in mind.

BLOG

-Hopefully this is quite self-explanatory!

POST

-Will have the featured image large at the top with the rest of the blog post underneath.

***I am still writing/designing the 'info' section(s) but it will just be pictures and text, except the FAQ may work on a tab system like my current site: http://www.lornalovecraft.co.uk/faqs/

It's important that the site is:

■ Responsive (for tablets and mobile devices)
■ Cross browser compatible: Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari.
■ SEO friendly coding. (h1, h2, tags included etc)
■ Optimized coding for fast loading
■ Latest version of Wordpress will be used
■ Sidebars & Widgets supported in the Theme, as well as it working well with my current plugins
