Hubspot updates and general integrations across our web apps

We are a small commercial cleaning company looking to integrate a few web Apps together and we need to review our brief which is:

To Streamline our operations systems and integrate where required.

We use:

Google suite
Hubspot - Needs a way of client to log support tickets and for them and us to review and close off
Whatsapp - all our clients and cleaners use WhatsApp channels we need certain messages to be pulled into customer record for tracking
Time and Attendanace mobile App - stand alone not integrated.
Calendar - need a better way to manage jobs for clients rather than just Google calendar.

The key is integration but move our staff away from whatsApp sole apps and use Hubspot for centrals communications and record keeping along with the above details.
