Help tweaking and troubleshooting wordpress site

My site is www.cox-farm.com. We are a family grain, hay, and livestock farm. I built the site to better promote our farm and connect with consumers. facebook page is www.facebook.com/coxfarmillinois.
I'm having trouble with
1) logging in. I can't use my login anymore and I don't know how to reset. No reset button exists I haven't been able to login for 3 months.
2) once I do login, I would like to link my blog directly to my facebook business page. I am having trouble doing that.
3) Any links that I put from my site onto facebook do not work. I don't know what is wrong.
