Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: There seems to be a conflict with the theme so the plugin Caroufredsel isn't working. I need to get this working or something similar hard-coded.
Their support is slow and have said below.
An example can be missing calls to wp_head() or wp_footer(). Sometimes it's a conflict with JS libraries not being loaded properly or overriding jQuery etc.
