General information for the website: Raven Coffee is a newly established company in Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland.
Description of requirements/features: Nitro is a new product to the European market. It is envisaged it will follow a similar growth curve as it experienced in the USA.
Our two target demographics (which have significant overlap) are
i. Energy drink target market:
18-30 year olds
Male and female
Have a focus on diet (aware of harmful chemicals in processed foods)
Focused on holistic health.
Exercise plays a major part of their lives (i.e gym-goers, cyclists, road runners, swimmers, competitive athletes)
Socially and environmentally aware.
Significant weighting on higher education.
Progressive views on new products (alternatively, not boxed or fixed in by existing consumption of food and drinks).
Specialty coffee shop forms a big part of their social lives. Most probably buys from – and/or hangs out – at independent specialty coffee shops at least 3-4 times a week.
Self-motivated. Self-confidant.
Independent minded, not controlled/manipulated by social norms/social customs (e.g a Volvo driving, Starbucks drinker….this is not our market!)
User/ very connected to social media. Their mobile is a very necessary part of their lives.
ii. Coffee cocktail target market.
20-35 year olds.
80% female.
Independent female.
Confident and assured.
Works hard, plays hard.
Sets their own rules.
Attends Rave music festivals.
Socially and environmentally aware.
Significant weighting on higher education.
Progressive views on new products (alternatively, not boxed or fixed in by existing consumption of food and drinks).

Raven coffee will use social media as a significant part of both establishing their brand and creating demand pull for their nitro.
As part of establishing the social media presence there is a list below of jobs which need to be completed. For each, there is a short description of the job and an example and/or a rough draft. This is to give an idea of what specifically the job is about. Please feel free to quote on one, some or all jobs.
1. Fonts. This job requires selecting fonts that match/ fit the font on our logo. It is also important to select fonts that tie in with our overall theme for in our logo to any and all corporate presentation.
2. Logo change verbiage from “ice nitro coffee” to “chilled nitro coffee”.
3. Catch phrase for our Raven chilled nitro coffee which encompasses it’s freshness, natural energy product using wording and/or phrases that will connect to the targeted market. Not more than 3 words. A good example would be “fly beyond” for a particular vodka.
4. Coffee craft (this would be the “About Us” tab)…short ..about or less than 100 words. Here is what we have thus far….
Header: Quality and ethical sourcing….consistent roasting profiles….. balance, full flavour and aroma, sweetness and full bodied………these are the pillars that form the soul and basis of our roasting philosophy and that gives all Raven Coffees their characteristic flavour profile.
Our roasting philosophy is summed up in a few words ….balance…. mouthfeel…..flavour and aroma maximization…...sweetness of a full and balanced body.
