My wordpress websites keep getting infected with malicious code. They are hosted with Siteground.

I need help cleaning the websites and then getting them secured. Moving hosting if necessary as Siteground does not seem to be very secure.

I have 5 wordpress sites under the same cpanel. They all seem to have been infected with malicious code. I have had them cleaned multiple times but they quickly seem to be reinfected.
