Fix Broken Wordpress Site

My wordpress site has a problem login / logout using my theme links. Works OK on wp-admin

Told by theme guys it is probably an issue with my Fuctions.php having a php error. Not being an php guy I am stuck. Looking at the code the end bit looks strange to me (but who am I ) Not sure when it broke as dont normally login this way but use wp-admin. I now have users I need to be able to login.

After a good Wordpress Guy/Girl who can have a look and fix for me.

Site is http://www.eastbournediscountvouchers.com just below the header on the right is a sign in link. this I need to be fixed.

Theme is GeoTheme but they seem to think this is a Wordpress issue.

Can provide FTP / Wordpress login.

Need someone who will backup before making changes!
