Figma to WordPress Development

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer for converting Figma design into a fully functional WordPress Website. The design is 80% done and the pages are mostly content based. The only function that needs attention is Rent a Car page.

Before applying MUST READ THIS or your quote will not be considered:
1. Tell us which plugin you're using for Rent a Car and Booking page function?
2. The website must be fully responsive. Mobile layouts will be shared.
3. The website must work flawlessly on all major browsers perfectly (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari)
4. No Free or Premium or GPL theme to be used. The website needs to be built on Hello Elementor theme and should use only required plugins.
