I am looking for a professional, honest and genuine developer that can help me to get access to a testing link. I was scammed by a company I hired at the beginning of the year to design a new website for me and all I was left with after nearly six months is a testing link which I have no access to since those guys disappeared from the space of the earth.

    Unless you have access to the hosting account for the website, it's unlikely the files can be recovered if they're anything more than basic HTML which can be copy and pasted. Is there any functionality to the page or is it just design? Worst case scenario, you might need to have it re-developed mostly from scratch.
