Data entry and redirects

I have a data entry project requiring an immediate start. Please submit your proposal for price, and turnaround time.

We have recently merged 2x sites (Lets call them A and B) into 1 new wordpress site (X)

There are three parts to the project:

1. Go through all content (blogs, webinars, events, whitepapers, special reports, handbooks, video, audio and awards) on A and B. For each post, find a corresponding one in the new WordPress site (X). Save links to both in an excel file (example attached) there are approximately 7000 entries.

2. Go through all webinars and whitepapers in X, find corresponding content on A and B and update the post in X with the date listed there. Approx 300 posts

3. also migrate newest data - all posts from a certain date (TBC) on A and B need copying over to X.
