Custom Wordpress Site Needed

I'm a graphic designer looking to form an ongoing relationship with a Wordpress developer wiz. I have a lot of clients asking for custom sites, which I can design the UI for, but don't have anyone at present to code it up and put it all together.

I currently need to build my own pre-designed website, which will be a great starter project for us to see how we work together.

I DON'T want someone who is going to buy an off the shelf theme and butcher it. I'm looking for someone who will build a custom theme from scratch using Foundation, Bootstrap or similar CSS framework. The website will need to be responsive (I am happy to design/plan the mockups for all screen sizes you need).

Ideally you have a good eye for design and be able to work off a JPG or Adobe Indesign working file. I will provide all the images and fonts that you'll need.

A solid command of the English language preferred and with a friendly/casual but professional working style. Experience and attention to detail preferred over 'cheap and quick'.

Please apply with a rough quotation for my website design - It consists of 8 pages, though really its closer to 2 or 3 base pages with minor differences/ repeated elements. I have attached a couple of example screens and will send more to those i'd like to chat with further.
