Creative Wordpress Website Designer with Graphic Designing Experience

A knowledgeable experienced Wordpress Website Designer with Graphic Designing Experience is needed to create a personal professional website with about 3-4 pages. I already know the theme/template that I want you to work on. Securing this project will be based on your ability to manipulate the wordpress template and bring it to life.
You must have excellent spoken english and reachable via phone or skype to verbally discuss the project.
You must have an eye for detail, common sense and an excellent understanding of how to make websites user friendly and interactive. The job will be an going for the right candidate as I am looking for a web designer to become part of my team.
This job is ideal for those who needs a challenge and looking to make long-term relationship with clients.
You will be provided with a link to the theme template to see if you are able to work with it.
You will need to provide grapics and photos for the site.
You will also need to be able to make suggestions and state your authority as a web and graphic designer. Do not expect me to tell you everything and make all the suggestions. Your views will be necessary, as two heads are better than one.
