Create a wordpress portfolio page

Am looking to migrate my resume onto a wordpress url that I have. My resume and a mockup of the site layout I want is attached. Want to fit all the content from my resume plus bring in a couple extra elements that are more centred around social media. I want in wordpress so the elements can be updated and I can update my geo location or extra content.
