Create a responsive wordpress theme from a PSD design (homepage design exists)

PSD design of a simple clean website homepage for a consultancy company has been done. I need an 'EXPERT' wordpress designer to create a wordpress theme with dynamic features that wil allow me to update texts as and when required. The website needs to be responsive to various platforms, fast loading. Design for inner pages does not exist.

Work will be subject to signing NDA and complete copyright assignment.

Please provide me info on your experience/company profile, relevant portfolio, what process you follow during development, whether on not you would be available to communicate over phone which is my preferred method (in addition to email/pph/skype) and flexibility in working hours.
