Create a Drupal Website for School

I need to create a School Website based on Drupal CMS that consists of:
_ Login System for School managers, School teachers, School Students.
_ Various Role permission: Administrator, Manager, Teacher , Student.
_ Student Account will have an addition of 18 fields other than the default fields.
_ Teacher can login and create "Agenda" node which can be referenced to unlimited number of students.
_ Student can login and check his/her agenda.
_ "Agenda" node consists of around 10 fields (Text, Images, Documents, reference fields...)
_ Anonymous users can register as a student using the "Student Registration Form"
_ Users of role "Managers" will have to accept/decline the student registration account.
_ A Home page accessed by anonymous visitors which will consists of a slideshow, Main menu, Available classes block,...
_ An "About Us" page.
_ A "Contact Us" page.

Server where the website will stay will be provided by us.
Logo, theme colors will be provided by us.
