Create 2 Wordpress websites

One site, called aedifacecapital.com, has already been partially built in php and Laravel, but I want it rebuilt in Wordpress so that I can modify and update the site myself once it has been built. I need to add 4 more pages to it and a place where a users can log in a access files that pertain to their account. I have attached two of the four pages for this site, but note that the Offering page is to consist of two columns, a left and a right, which I have shown with the left column first and the right column second. The other site, called equahome.net, has not yet been built. It will have 1 page that will include a calculator at the bottom. The layout of that page is simlar to the layout of the aedifacecapital.com home page and I have included notes that explain how that should work.
