Convert PSD to wordpress website ASAP

I would like to convert PSD's into a fully functioning website The site needs to have interactive elements. The site also needs to be able to put external coding on the contact page, as well as allow us to be able to make changes as and when we please by using plug ins. Ideally I'd like this to be completed in the next 5-7 days.

If this goes well, more work will be provided.
