Convert html website to a wordpress theme

Description of requirements/features: I have a html website and need to convert to wordpress. I need to use this same theme that i used for html as client really likes it.

The current website is total of 10 pages at present but i also need a portfolio section adding .
sames as this http://demowp.cththemes.net/alexon/portfolio-fullwidth-4-column/
which can be filled with dummy data for now as client is not ready with content
