Convert Email to Variables and Submit to API endpoint(s)

HI,
We receive orders from a supplier via email, we need to in turn create a customers account, and place the order within our own CRM when we receive these.

Basic Flow:

1. Email Received
2. Client Account created using Name, Email, Phone & Address in email
3. Client ID Returned
4. Order raised for product in email (can only be one of three so not complex)
5. Order details added to product.

Our CRM is WHMCS: www.whmcs.com
They have full developer docs on creating client accounts, creating orders etc.
