Calculator integrated into our website

Hi there,

We are looking for a developer to review our calculator we have built in excel, and replicate/create a working version on our website (built and hosted on SquareSpace).

The calculator needs the following functionality:
1) results can only appear once the fields have been filled out and confirmed by user.
2) Some fields require an information pop-up text box.
3) Some copy on the webpage will need to change dependant if the calculator is in pre/post use.
