Build a website in wordpress format

I need a wordpress expert to help develop a website. The tasks are as follows:

Page 1
1. install the theme
2. change logo
3. change text animation on home page main picture
4. change menu
5. add slide
6. change to blue
7. footer should be like the picture fully functional

Page 2
8. add banner
9. add icons and texts
10. add title
11. add tabs
12. add section and that can insert infographic or texts
13. add see more button that will expand upon clicking on it
14. with page links
15. add easy to change website from frontend plugin

Please note the theme is blue.
