Build a bespoke exam generator

We want to build a custom exam paper generator. We will have a big DB of questions and answers. The user will selected specific topics and some categories then the tool will automatically create a paper using random questions and will generate a pdf for the questions and a pdf for the answers.

Feature one: Create groupings
We need to create the option to have multiple groupings for different schools and exams that will have specific categories.

Feature two: Ability to create pages and place shortcodes
To be able to create pages and then use the specific groupings.

Feature three: Ability to add questions and answers
To be able to add questions and answers to each grouping. It will be images and we need add extra info such as marks and caetegories.

Feature four: Ability to generate the question and answer papers
Fill a form to answer some questions and then generate the papers
