Amendments to an existing Wordpress site

I need some basic amendments made to a Wordpress site:

Revamp the header with buzz statement and contact details.
Fix menu item cursors to be standard mouseover cursors (pointer).
Have small blurb at the top of the homepage with banner.
Fix video section (and broken thumbs).
New page with media and downloads such as mp3s and pdfs.
General tidy up of margin, change of fonts and some styling amendments.
All work needs to be responsive, mobile friendly and as editable as possible within the CMS - not hardcoded.

Full design files available to the selected candidate. 3 out of 4 are shown in samples. 4th that is not given in samples is simply open mobile navigation design.
